Two rounds of interview, with peers, managers in the company, direct reports, generally a total of up to 8 people. First round only involves 2 or 3 people. Included a very comprehensive test of grammar and punctuation, writing sample, and job specific skills which included data review and interpretation, proof-reading and data auditing for clinical research professionals. The owner of the company and the CFO (owner's husband) always meet with every prospective hire.
