Over the Phone. THey called me to screen before interviewing I guess. Called me a few times and each time ask me to "tell me about yourself" and so I do. The first 2 times the call ended there with them stating "you seem like a nice person but I don't think you'll be a fit for the position. The 3rd time they stated "you seem like a great person but I'm not sure if there is a role here that would suit your skills. Fair enough... but this time they asked me to come in to interview but not without saying that they are very picky and I do have the overall feeling that i won't make the grade. I have been looking for work for 3 months and it would be nice to come into the in-person interview with a glass-half-full impression but oh well, here I go to don another suit and sell myself.
