My initial contact with Hythe Research was a phone call with the CEO, Heather. We had a great conversation about what I was looking for and what they were looking for. After that, I sent in my resume, and we scheduled a face-to-face meeting. I went to the Hythe office and spent some time with Heather, learning about the company and sharing some of my experiences. It felt like less of an interview and more like a meeting to see if we had a mutual interest to work together.
