Submit CV and cover letter, received call back next day by HR team, easy interview. Discuss background/experience and competency-based questions. Interview was with partner of the team who was very friendly and easy-going, felt like you could talk casually after the key questions were asked. HR calls you a day after the interview and gives you feedback direct from the partner whether you pass or not which was a really great factor
