Was called for interview by IBM HR directly.
Cleared all interview rounds - completed salary negotiations and finalised a good amount of annual package - submitted all the required docs for offer rollout.
But then I didn't hear anything from them ever since. My friend also had a similar experience 3 months ago.
I really hate when this happens and this thing does not suit such a reputed organization.
I still keep getting fresh calls saying that they have shortlisted my profile and want to interview me.
There is something seriously wrong and I'm never ever gonna interview with IBM again.

Technical followed by Managerial, HR >> KYC screening is done. but this is pathetic. after all they said cannot meet my salary expectations. they should have told this at the beginning. had to waste my time and effort in all these rounds.

After online application submission, next step was a machine-based interview. The Recorded Competency Video is a short assessment that allows you "to demonstrate your workplace competency beyond what a traditional resume allows. You will be presented with a pre-recorded question, and you will be asked to record your response . This is a timed assessment."
"This recorded interview will take between 10-20 minutes to complete. You will respond to multiple prerecorded interview questions. For each question you will be given 1 minute to prepare and 3 minutes to respond."
I was presented with four questions in total. There was a practice question available that lets you get a feel for the process.
