J’ai juste fait le premier entretien avec un responsable RH qui ne semblait habitué qu’aux profils de jeune diplômé.
Le processus s’est arrêté là, car le responsable RH n’était apparemment pas habitué à recruter des profils seniors.
Une autre responsable RH m’a recontacté 6 mois plus tard en s’excusant et savoir si j’étais toujours intéressé, mais cette expérience m’a clairement refroidit.

Le responsable RH s’est présenté pendant 30 minutes, puis m’a demandé de me présenter, de savoir comment j’avais connu la boite, et mes prétentions salariales.
