Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso ICF (Washington, DC) nel mese di mag 2016
Colloquio
After an initial phone screening with the hiring manager I was invited for an onsite interview. I met with 5 members of the team for 30 minutes each. This was followed by a 45 minute writing assessment. This is an intimidating process on its surface, but the interviews were not very difficult or challenging. I ultimately did not get the position, but this was probably for the best, as I don't think I was a good fit for the role.

There were many steps (numerous interviews, writing samples, virtual onsite) and a full day virtual onsite but I consistently received prompt responses and valuable feedback. Great team and enjoyed the process overall
None of the interviewers turned their cameras on and they did not seem super engaged. Someone was even driving in their car while they interviewed me. The folks were generally nice and answered all my questions about the company.
I had a 20 minute phone interview first with the recruiter, then an in-person interview with the Project Manager, and received a follow-up with the recruiter to ask how everything went and if I had any outstanding questions. I was hired shortly after. The whole process took about 10 days.
