The whole process took 3 business days from application to final interview. First I had a phone screen with the recruiter, the next day was the interview with the hiring manager. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were very helpful and professional, one of the best I have ever met. I had some technical difficulties and got a bit stressed out but the manager was very cool and helped me calm down. In the end the manager told me it likely won't work out because the sponsor wants a specific phase experience which I don't have (FSP position). It's been 3 weeks now and I haven't heard back so I assume I'm not getting an offer.
