First generic interview was actually with a team lead and another developer. Some basic personality and insight questions and then a test was assigned. Test pretty straightforward, requiring to develop basic MVC app. Second interview veered both on the technical with both team leads present. Still, no whiteboard questions or overly technical, more of a starting level and learning ability check
