The first interview was a 30 minute virtual Interview and the second interview was a 2+ hour on site Interview with a presentation to prepare. They also have you do some slide preparation and micropipetting to prepare a serial dilution as a means to access how your skills are. While everyone was very nice in person, it was disappointing to see that they expect so much from candidates yet don’t have the decency to follow up as to if or if not you were selected for the position. I was completely ghosted after putting in so much time and energy to prepare a presentation and come on site. It is really discouraging to see so many companies exemplifying this type of behavior and towards candidates.
