Started with a 30 minute phone interview with a Client Leadership executive. The interview was very basic. It included discussion about my background, interest in IEG, and what the internship would include. A week later, I scheduled an in person interview. At this interview, I was interviewed again by the Client Leadership executive. Then I was interviewed by two directors of research and marketing. The in person interview lasted about an hour.
