The first interview was a phone call with an HR manager who asked basic questions on why I was interested in the position. The second interview was with a hiring manager.

1 - 20 minute phone standard interview with an HR manager. 2nd interview was in-person with plenty of back and forth dialogue about the position and the company. 3rd interview was less of a dialogue and more a question and answer session with several personal, professional and scenario orientated questions and it took 30 minutes. I was disappointed that i had to email the HR rep several times 2 weeks AFTER the date they told me that they would get back to me by, to find out that they had turned down my application. As an applicant i understand that org owes you nothing, but i think it is still inconsiderate to not bother getting back to you after you have interviewed with them 3 times! Perhaps this is a reflection of the values of the org...
