A 5-member panel, convened over Skype. Panel comprised hiring manager, HR representative, staff association representative, external consultant, technical specialist from similar role in similar organisation. All questions of the panel were pre-written, resumably asked the same of all interviewees. There was very little to and fro, and no discussion, just Q and A.
