There are two round of interview. Most questions are behavioral, and is not very hard to answer. The whole process doesn't take a long time. But this may differ from the position you apply for.

Was interviewed by two people, about twenty minutes each. I was interviewed on teams with my camera on. Simple questions, very approachable. They explained the job very thoroughly in the interview process. No big surprises.

What is something going on in the news that relates to our company?
Applied online. First there was a phone screen with a member of the team I was interviewing with. About a week later I was invited to NYC for a Superday. After the Superday, I was invited back to interview for another position. Up until this point everyone was super responsive but after my second interview I never heard anything despite multiple follow ups.
