The recruiter emailed requesting a phone interview. After a week of calling her as she requested she finally returned my call. After a quick interview with her, she criticized my answers and then sent me in for a face to face. The interview process took about 20 minutes. Asked a bunch of scenario type questions and I gave the answers. The interviewer told me I should hear something in a day and half. By 5pm that same day I was sent an email saying they were going to consider other candidates for the job.

Casual questions, like your previous experience, to tell positive characteristics of your self, why you want to work here, etc. Also if you want to ask something about the job or the company etc.
