Interview process was pretty standard, I received a phone call from HR scheduled a first face to face interview with the Hiring Managers that went great. Basic questions from a questionnaire that they had. Second interview was with DC Manager and HR rep that contacted me originally. The HR Rep seemed a little arrogant from the start. I don't believe she liked a couple of my answers. I could tell right away that I wouldn't be considered anymore because of how short she was being with me after I was left alone with her. I received an email from her a few days later saying, and I quote "IKEA doesn't have anything that matches my background or interest". It left me confused considering my background was exactly what they were looking for which is why I was contacted originally and I was able to move forward to a second interview . Also, I didn't know if I should be offended or not since it sounded like she didn't want me to apply again (for any position). It was a very harsh message to say the least. I did ask for feed back and again I received a short answer a day later, but, at least I received a reply and wasn't ignored completely.
