I applied online. I got a call from a manager about a night position. They asked about the hours I was looking for. I really needed the A.M. hours, needless to say I didn’t get that position. About a week later I got another email for a A.M. postion. They asked about my experience and then they let me know they would like me to come to the store for an on site interview. I thought it was nice for IKEA to call me for another postion they had open. The interview process for me was easy.
