IKEA Recruiter reached out to me for an interview, scheduled for a week from initial contact. Day of call she asked to reschedule and told her I couldn't. Things went downhill from there. Talked about P&L statement experience. The position doesn't list that needed skill and it's not on my LinkedIn profile. I don't have any experience in that area. Talked at length about P&L during the interview. 25% Travel, but you'll probably travel more than that in your region. Couldn't tell what the geographic region is I don't have it on hand. Does the position use SQL queries, what database management are you using, what propriety ERP software does your company use. No SQL, doesn't know, and AS400. Asked if my salary requirements are negotiable. After this I came to the conclusion that the reason she wanted to reschedule was because she wasn't prepared.

The interview was easy but very focus on payment, and they were shocked about my pay grade doing the same in a different company. I was disappointed because I had a different perception of their salaries
