firstly they took an aptitude test, which was easy and included mainly logical reasoning and little bit programming questions. Then after getting selected for the interview I got to give three rounds interview, took total time of 90 to 100 minutes. In first round they mainly asked about the CV

Second is a face to face interview for English language.
Third is interview on call which is a basic knowledge of medicine.
If they feel candidate is suitable.. negotiate the salary and confirm
