After investing time into multiple rounds of interviews, I was unfortunately ghosted and never received a follow-up. This lack of communication feels highly unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. Furthermore, while the company emphasized a strong commitment to DEI during the group interview process, the lack of representation within the interview panels themselves felt contradictory to those stated values. Overall, this company lacks diversity and professionalism. I am glad to have lucked out.
