TERRIBLE interview process. Shows complete disregard and disrespect for applicants' time. Ghosted after 4 rounds. Not even the courtesy to say a simple no or not interested. First, two assessments: NeurOlympics and standard quant mettl test. They ask you to complete these within 48 hrs of receiving the email. Complete disregard for candidates time. Next comes a Hirevue. At this point, I was told I did well and they'd be scheduling an interview. But didn't hear anything further for a month, even after I pinged recruitment several times. Finally, a phone call with a recruiter is set up. On the call, I'm told they'd reach back in around a week to set up the next interview, a phone screen with a trader. As I understand, if you pass the phone screen, you move on to the final round. However, once again, never heard anything back from the recruiter after this call. Pinged several times and no response. I know quant trading interview process is not the "warmest" but all other firms I've interviewed with have been professional and prompt in getting back to me, regardless of yes or no. If the interview process is any reflection of how employees are valued/treated, then it can't be a good place to work.

3 rounds including 2 technical rounds and one behavioural round. was enjoyable and quite interesting, with a focus on cultural fit etc in behavioural. technical was intense, and helped to remember standard probability results.
