With a referral I was given the opportunity to interview at IMC. Overall the process was horrendous. I applied in December of 2020 and first contact was more than a month later. I had my first phone interview more than a month after that. A few days after I was setup in a stressful and 2 hour zoom interview where the interviewer was completely uninterested and completely ignored the "collaborative" part of the interview. Every interaction with this recruiter required a follow up email or I would get no response. I didn't get the results of the interview until early March and asked for feedback. After a follow up with no response a month later got fed up and crossed off the company.
