First round was with the section head, a second round was with HR, and the last round was a presentation of previous work (with focus on how it integrates into the team I was applying for. People were generally pleasant and the questions were easy. The problem was the organization of the hiring process which dragged across almost five months with no transparency and several follow-up e-mails from my side. After I had to send another one four weeks after the final interview, I gave up. Massively disrespectful to ghost applicants after the final round, I expected better.

Only had a screening call which was basic. 30 mins call going through resume, a couple of behavioral questions. Interviewer made me feel comfortable right front the start but they wanted more experience for the role so ended the call by saying resume was impressive but it is not what they were looking for
