The interview process contained the basic introduction about your past research experience and some basic Q&A. Some members ask questions, don't provide detail as the very first time since they will dive into the detail and sometimes these questions are not easy to answer.

Briefly introduce yourself, What the pros and cons of you? How did you solve the difficulties at your previous research experience?
It was really hard, very technical questions. Firstly i presented my thesis for 10 minutes, then 5 min questions. Finally presented the paper that they have sent me for 10 minues and 5 minutes of questions.

They are a bit strikts about the deadlines but in general if u submit everything on time, you have a chance to be hired. The selection process takes about two months
