On tech interview phase, the interviewer missed the interview and I had to wait for an hour. When I let the HR know about the situation, she also could not reach the interviewer. Day after, HR returned me by saying the interviewer was there for 7 minutes and then left, which was nonsense. I was on the teams meeting all the time and no one came. Also she gave me a generic response by saying the department has halted the hiring process. Incredibly unprofessional for a company like imec.

There interviews: 1. with the leader of the group; 2. with the whole group members; 3. with HR. The previous two include technical questions related to your thesis work and the job description. While the HR interview mainly focuses on your motivations.
