Very Normal Interview. I was not the one they were looking for and they were not the one i was looking for. I would have declined even if I had the offer, No sour grapes here. They were very straight forward in telling me there is no growth because their employee turn over is very low to non existent.

three people interviewed with a list of questions. Normally one of them will be your future supervisor. Very standard questions about daily operation. People are pretty nice and they are looking for employee with no ambition if you are interviewed for supporting staff position. (other than economist position) The whole process is very long. I received my offer three months after the interview.
