I applied and received an interview in a timely manner. The process was smooth and I was asked approximately 20 questions regarding my values, history with conflict and delegation, and interprofessional relationships.

I submitted an online application and was called back for a phone interview the following day. A face to face interview the following day took place with the department nursing director. I was hired 2-3 days later. Upon hiring, I had to submit approval for a background check. It was just a simple background check using my SS#. I had an arrest that took place 6 years prior to that date, but since my charges were dismissed, the arrest was omitted and did not affect my employment. I had to complete an online HR protocol that involved information about HIPPA, blood borne pathogens, company policy, safety and security, etc. I believe it took a total of around 6 hours.
