The hiring process consisted of an initial phone interview that consisted of typical screening screening question; why do you want to work in financial services, why do you want to work for Ion etc. The on-site Interview consisted of a brief chat with two staff and followed up with a brief Excel test.

I was probably caught off guard by the excel test as I tended to use it mainly to construct a dataset I've never used it for anything else since I depend mainly on STATA,R and MATLAb
