My interview was scheduled by 3rd party payroll company with Ims health. The interview was supposed to be at 11 am. They made me wait till 2 pm to take my resume and conduct the interview. Interview panel included one guy and he asked a couple of dummy questions like a difference between sourcing and screening to a 6 year experienced technical recruiter. The interview panel was bad not at all mature and didn't know how to conduct and take interviews of experienced professionals. They wasted my all day and they didn't even bother to give feedback either.

Had an initial phone screen then a two hour interview followed by never hearing back. They also reached out to a previous employer WITHOUT my permission. A former coworker and friend who is still employed their let me know they reached out. The previous employer was extremely cult-like and shunned anyone who left their abusive work environment and most likely gave me a negative review due to my exit survey I was asked to complete. The employee that reached out to my previous employer (he also worked there in the past) also could not have acted less interested in speaking with me during my 30 minutes with him so it’s safe to say he passed judgement before even interviewing me. EXTREMELY unprofessional, don’t waste 2+ hours of someone’s time then not even have the decency to send a rejection email. Dodged a bullet with this one.

There was one phone interview and one skype round followed by face to face. The interview was scheduled on time and was very smooth. The hiring manager and Line Manager were very cooperative and very friendly.
