I applied online, few days later I received an invitation to complete an on-demand video interview that had 5 questions. After a few days, the recruiter randomly called me in the afternoon, but since there was no appointment beforehand, I wasn't available for follow up questions. She sent an email asking me when I have time for a call, then did not reply anymore to my messages and then ghosted me completely.
