Initially, the interview process was fine enough. A phone interview, followed by an in-person presentation. By all accounts, feedback was positive during the interview but the recruiting manager when completely silent after the fact. I never heard back either way, which I think is unprofessional after asking someone to take a day out to develop and deliver a presentation.
