I had an interview for an Analyst position. The process constructed from 5 stages (video/team/manager/technical/manager's manager). Hiring manager kept good contact during the process. However, the structure of the process was not stated at all and the last interview came up as a surprise. It seemed that only SQL skills mattered in technical part.
