4 interviews 1st online application 2nd telephone 3rd 2 hour zoom call 4th 1 hour video call.... More stressful as went on... To many questions over 15 scenario questions on. Last interview... Unhappy with being told many people stay for a couple of months and then leave as unaware of how busy it gets. Seemed to of wasted my Time wanted me to use STAR technique for questions and that seemed odd. Never had four interviews...
