It occurred to me the other day that I've written code for several interviews, but never (not once!) has reviewing said code been part of the interview process. And compensation. I've never been compensated for writing code (or providing solutions during the interview) before. From here on out, interview coding sans review or compensation is going to feel like just casting code out into the void. Igneous really has something to be proud of in its interview process.
