Smooth but long so have to wait for 6 months for their offer. So you have to apply early and wait for awhile. Employers are very knowledgeable and they will ask about real life scenarios and case studies

The interview process started with a recruiter inviting me to a Quality Invitational Event where I interviewed with many different management representatives from the various Quality Departments. From that interview, I was brought back in for a QE position; however, due to some departmental role changes, that initial position went a different direction. I was then brought back two more times to interview for a role in the Quality Compliance department. All of the interviews went relatively smoothly, in my opinion, and in some cases it felt more like a friendly conversation than a typical interview style, which made the environment very comfortable. In the end, I believe the interviews did a great job at identifying a mutual fit for both myself and the company.
