Multi-step interview process beginning with recorded responses to questions. Dress nicely for the video recording. Multiple interviews with the hiring manager and team. All interviews were well conducted and the hiring manager was very nice and professional. I recommend practicing your interview before your first video responses and then just sticking with those answers.
