I was able to speak to a hiring manager through a reference. The email laid out exactly what to expect in our interview with a laid out schedule of times. I was happy to find out that the interview questions were not mind bending but you do need to know you're basic programming principles since they use .NET stack. They asked me algorithm questions dealing with recursion and included some interface design.
