I was reached out to by a recruiter. Accepted a recruiter screening. The recruiter was excited enough about my application after the screening that they pushed me past the first round of interviews to just get me in front of the team I would be working with. Completed 3 different 30-minute interviews with the team (1:1). Had incredible rapport with all interviewers except they all guessed based on my work/location history that I was a military spouse and voiced it as a cause for concern for them. After 4 weeks of waiting, I received a rejection. After asking for feedback, the recruiter said he would oblige but then never got back to me. I reached out again and was ghosted.
