I applied through college and was interviewed at their office in pune. First round was of pen and paper test basically questions from C pointers and some aptitude questions overall difficulty was fare and its quite easy to crack next round was interview at their head office , all they ask is data structure so be prepared

The interview process took about 1 month. First there was a phone call about the job and my past experience. After that came a C language web test on which I got quote "great results". Finally there was the onsite interview tehnical + HR. The big issue was actually the problem in communication with HR. I don't know what they expected me to say other than I find the role quite interesting and would like to work there. From what I was given feedback I didn't show enough commitment towards the company - I find this very disturbing since you join mostly because of the job role and people in the team. There were some misunderstandings also from their point about the timeframe I would work there - when I never even mentioned a timeframe. So a BIG minus towards HR! I declined pushing for an offer after I got such a review about why the offer was being delayed.
