First interview was with an HR person. They were very nice, asked a lot of questions and had an informal type of conversation where we discussed different things and I also got to ask questions. After hearing my answers the person actually suggested another position inside the company and asked if I was interested and that they would recommend me for it. The second interview was with the founders. Very weird vibes from the beginning. They were very distant and even using their phones while I was talking. I definitely didn't understand what they wanted and they seem to be completely lost and not know what I was applying for or why. From there I understood they were not a good fit for me as I did not relate to them or their work.
