I had a phone interview and then an in person interview and then they took me out to lunch and the next day they called me with the job offer. It was a very fast process, which I liked. Throughout the process, the hiring manager seemed nice. He asked me my opinion on various strategies and I thought he would be collaborative to work with, but that turned out not to be the case once I got into the job.
