I applied on Indeed and received a quick response from the CEO to answer questions in a YouTube video within 3-5 business days. I answered the questions, and sent him the video the next day. Rather than responding, he did not respond for 33 days until he sent me an email saying he moved forward with other candidates. It is unfortunate because I appreciated that he responded to me so fast expressing interest, but my video did not meet his expectations to the point where he did not respond to it for over a month.
