It was fine and helpful they gave good job descriptions and explained all the pertinent aspects of the job. I was told the expectations of sales but found the job actually entailed a lot of glorified paper pushing rather than actual sales. They did a breakdown of how the sales and commission worked. I was asked to give references and got a second interview with a panel of 2 other managers. They were friendly and it seemed to be a good fit.
