Post Interview-Wrote him a thank you e-mail, no reply Next Steps-Another zoom interview along with 5 separate phone interviews with members of the team. This was over a 2-3 week period. Final Step-Demo the product. The transfer of expectations between the recruiter and InSellerate Management was completely botched. My potential boss said he would get back to me in 12 hours. He never got back to me. This is disappointing after committing several hours over a 5 week period. Have the decency to follow-up with candidates. At the end of the day, you can do a lot better than this company.
