Interviewer was easy going, asked how I plan to achieve the targets set and why I wanted to join this role. Did explain to me more about the support systems they have in the company to help advisors achieve their targets

Interviewers are warm, cheerful, and friendly. The process is professional yet very casual and friendly. Done via Zoom. Very modern feel. The interviewers are very open and patient and also very willing to share about the company and its plan. It's an outstanding experience!
