My first round was with a person who was/is new to her role and didn’t have much to tell me about the position or what to expect. The second round was with a panel. They asked good questions about my digital strategies but they didn’t seem happy or excited about their vision. I would’ve love to work for the Independent Sector because of the importance of the work but in the end, I was happy to move on. It took more than a month for the company to get back to me about the position.
