Two interviews, one technical regulatory and power trading details and the other with HR and company head. But the process is very slow and takes a lot of time. Also after the interview you get the know very late that you are selected or not. The interview process is however easy. You need to have the basic knowledge of power trading and show your self confidence that you can do.
