I did a two part interview. Supervisor was nice and did have typical interview questions. They explained duties, hours, pay, answered my questions, etc. The job was for a new clinic so once hired I had to wait over a month before starting.

Submitted application, application was reviewed within one week. Scheduled virtual interview with hiring manager. In my interview I was only asked, "tell me about yourself." Manager described the job expectations and answered my questions. Offer letter came 3 days later, onboarding began two weeks later. Overall ~3 week hiring process, very easy.
