Simple 3 round interview. The company seems great to work with. The one downside is it turned out to be a door to door sales position with a potential to become a manager.

This is totally a pyramid scheme. At the second interview they literally give you a chart that’s a pyramid, and it was like they were trying to convince me that this is a legitimate company instead of interviewing me. I barely spoke because they were just talking at me, it was like it was a sales pitch. They kept name dropping AT&T as a client, and talked about their robust client base, but they couldn’t give me a straight answer when I asked what other sectors their other clients are from. As soon as that second interview it all clicked that this was a pyramid scheme, and I felt really silly for not realizing it sooner. The whole office atmosphere was off and weird too - really creepy, barebones, everyone talking about how the culture there was different and amazing. Very cult-ish.
