My overall impression of the interview process so far is great. To start with, the arrangement of the interview appointment was automated, which made the process easy and fast. Panagiotis made me feel really comfortable and myself, which lead our discussion to last half an hour more than planned. He gave me a really good overview of what the company does and how. He also introduced me to the role of the BA and the working model of the team. His questions were very professional and targeted in a friendly and kind manner. I am really impressed from the professionalism and the cool spirit, openness, understanding and will to care and help the candidate. That’s how talent acquisition shall be made. The interview process is open and feedback is pending.

The interview process was smooth. Rania from the HR Department put a lots of effort in explaining me what this company is doing and how it's functioning and i felt she had a real interest in getting to know me and my profile. She was very kind and warm The second interview with Vicky was also smooth and constructive. She explained me again the business and how the business analysis department is working and i also felt a real interest from her to find me a position that i would be a good match. The third and final step was the assignment and discussion regarding this assignment with Mimi. Mimi gave me a direct feedback on what she liked and what it could be done in an another way. However, since i havent work much in an agile environment as a business analyst, im not so familiar with the processes of agile from a business analysis prespective and also my lack of working experience as a business analyst in a way this company is working, it was made clear that my salary expectation are not meeting my seniority level. Therefore i didnt get an offer
